I couldn't find this in the forum history as far down as I went.....if a unit has multiple ICs with an Auspex, can each one choose to target a different enemy unit within 12" of him with his own Auspex, whilst his unit targets their guns on whatever unit they have in range? Seems like a yes but wanted to see what other people thought.

The Auspex rule just says the IC can target an enemy unit within 12" but it doesn't count as targeting his unit's weapons. So I figured that would be cool for a Command Squad to roll with a bunch of Techmarines (Iron Hands biker army), and dish out a -1 cover save as needed all over the place, helping out the tanks all around to blast the crap out of them more successfully.

May the Fist of Medusa strike like IRON!

The auspex rules don't require all models with auspices in a unit to select the same target, so seems legit.
