I can't believe Harlequins are making it into a starter set. Someone pinch me.

Can anyone who plays Harlequins tell me about how many points that force is, and is it worth doubling up on ?
The Harlequins without Eldrad come to 455 points without upgrades. You'll absolutely want upgrades, which will potentially add at least another 100 points or so to that depending on what you take.

As for doubling up, I wouldn't personally, but it really boils down to how you'll want to build your list.

Oh my. That Eldrad model takes everything that was awesome about the old one and makes it silky smooth and high-def. I love it.

Now I just need to see the new Harlie formation!

I imagine at least 10 people will be put off from 40k forever trying to assemble the Death Jester.

This is all so exciting. I can't remember the last time there was this much hype for a 40k release.

Ha, I like that 'each team specialises in killing a different thing' mechanic. It's such a fluffy bonus.

That video is, like, the first time I've ever heard a voice attributed to an Eldar that didn't have that funny reverb effect.

Might just be their vox system that creates the reverb effect?
Nah, you see Eldar speaking in person without their helmets on in various games (the only times we hear them speak, really) and it's still there.

That actually adds some pretty cool options for Harlie players, given that you can use the named characters in place of units in our existing formations and get their bonuses on top of the formation bonuses.

I'd like to see the stat-lines, too, though, in case they're any better.

I'm not sure why the Voidweaver costs more points, in that case, given that it doesn't seem to have any additional special rules.
