Hey Everybody,

I'm working on stripping some of my very old Empire models and realize I have a large mixture of different Freeguild Guard (Back when it was specifically swordsmen, spearmen, and Halberdiers). My question is, with it all being under one heading now, are you able to mix the weaponry. FOr instance, can a block of 20 have 10 sword and shield and 10 spears. I didn't see anywhere stating it had to be all the same type of weaponry, but I wanted to check with all of you to be sure I wasn't missing anything.

The unit's Warscroll will tell you what they're armed with an whether or not they can mix options. The Freeguild Guard Warscroll says the following:

Most units of Freeguild Guard are either armed with Halberds, Spears, or Swords; these units may also carry Shields to battle.

The unit can not mix weapons as the unit is armed with either Halberds or Spears or Swords.
