Does anyone know of any good kits that come with nice axes? I'm looking to kitbash both a Librarius Conclave and a Chaos Cyclopian Cabal, but I would rather not go through the pain in the ass of sourcing individual bits. Is there a kit, from 40k or AoS, that would provide suitable axes and also some models that could be converted to 40k in the case of an AoS kit?

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

The space wolf basic box comes with powerswords, hammers, and axes. It shouldn't be too hard to get the iconagraphy off.

The Sanguinary Guard kit has two axes, and one of those is double headed so with some careful trimming you could use one head to make a third axe. They also have several sword you might be able to use

Thanks for the suggestions, guys! I may go with Start Collecting! Space Wolves, since I get 3 axes total, plus some kickass Thunderwolves (the start of a possible Superfriends list!).

You could check eBay for bits. Also, a lot of people have spare bits they might sell you. I think I have a few power axes laying about.

Sometimes I dream about cheese.

Take a normal ax from your bits box or a Reaper weapon pack, add a power cable or box or whatnot, paint it all glowie

Boom! power ax!
