So, I think this should sufficiently cover my bases and still be a fun theme. It doesn't strike me as nearly as cool as my list with 7 Knights, but I wanted some painting variety while I wait for my House Vyronii decals to finally release.

Anyhow, the Knights are straight forward. Lancer kills stuff dead in combat. Magaera holds down the fort with the Styrix, while the Warden and Acheron go put a hurt on stuff. I have the Styrix for AA work, as well as an Icarus gun. That should help, plus the off-chance the Lightning lives to see a turn after it shoots the Krakens, it can help. The SA add the Infernus for its brutal, MEQ-killer template. The Primaris is there to ensure I pop Flare Shielded AV14 with those lovely S8 AP1 Armorbane Tank Hunter missiles. The Draco is another hunk of heavy armor with a lot of punch in the Las and Demo Cannon. The Veletaris inside can hop out and put a hurt on the enemy (avg like 4 dead Marines, which isn't too bad - good to finish off straggler units).

I think the list has a lot of awesome stuff going, solid fluff, and a hell of a lot of awesome models to paint.

Thoughts?
