Cant seem to find a lot of tomb king units and heroes in the book, but they have warscrolls in the app. Kinda bummed because I just bought alot of models and can't seem to find them in the book anywhere. Am I missing something?
They are listed in the back of the book along with all the other old WHFB armies.

Units that are not in a Grand Alliance book or a Battletome are found under 'Compendium Pitched Battle Profiles' on pages 146-152.

Yep. TK player here, and everyone is included. If you read the Legacy Army pdf from GW's website they tell you a couple substitutions (IE, treat Arkhan the Black on Chariot as Settra the Imperishable), but nearly nothing has been invalidated.
