As title mentions, are their any other psykers I'm DG besides mortarion? I really like the new technomancy subvert machine spirit or whatever it is and I like the idea of hacking into a tau (for example) storm surge and shooting D weapons for days. Anyways, any psykers available in 30k DG besides mortarion?

You mean besides Typhon? Because Typhon was a Psyker, so was Crysos Morturg. Just because Old Morty didnt like that they were a thing doesn't mean they couldnt have been around before him or when he wasnt personally there for a battle.

By the rules: no limits. Morturg (loyalist) was a psyker, as was Typhon. Mortarion is not a psyker (And never was till he had to fall under Nurgle's Will)

By the fluff: Mortarion Hated Psykers, and had the Librarius destroyed in his legion. All of those who were psykers were stuffed into other positions and were told to not use spells.

I would go so far as to say it's fluffy as long as you never put them in a force with Mortarion (as Typhon is banned from using powers around him in the rules). During the Crusade the Death Guard had no librarius after Mortarion disbanded it. However, the latest book, Angels of Caliban, shows that a lot of Mortarion's sons have some big daddy issues and don't plan on listening to his rules. Also from the end of Path Of Heaven, which is four or five years into the Heresy, it's evident that Mortarion has no idea where Typhon and the first company are or what they are up to. There's a good chance that Typhon's battlegroup was kind of safe harbour for psykers.

By the siege, Typhon's scheming will have damned the whole legion and I imagine sorcerers start to pop up.

That's very good for me! I've been trying to come up with an excuse to use DG librarians in my army! I want one to just break the more slightly.

That's the beauty of Legions, they're so big there is usually a way of fielding anything you want except some minor exceptions where the rules prohibit it
