hi,
i wanna be competitive in a big tournament. there will be the usual hard lists.
so if you can point out any weakpoints in the list it would be of big help,
or if you have any ideas why this wouldnt work at all feel free to criticize me pls.
okay now ill explain my cunning plan: so put everything except the servos in the cars and push to the other side
while the speeders give me coverfire. thats it^^
im thankfull for any reply.

This is like the 6th ed Razorback spam lists before TWC became a notable thing.

I'd probably put more ranged weapons like Typhoon Missile Launchers and Heavy Bolters on some of your Land Speeders, so their cover fire can reach further, makes them better objective grabbers and holders.

I'm also kind of curious about your pack of Wolf Guard Battle Leaders, are you just planning on sticking them in a Razorback or are they going to footslog about?

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.

ill put the wolf guard leader into the rinos so there is one for everyone. im not sure about the tyfoon ds3 cause most lists i have played againt run with armor 2+ tanks around and for the HB it would be like a wanna be scatterlaser so i choose the ds2 and rending^^.overall my thoughts when i saw the list was 700 point in wargear for free must be worth something.

If you want more AP2 swap the assault canons on the Razorbacks for Las Canon with twin-linked Plasma Gun.

Lascanon 1x s9 ap2 Lance
Plasma Gun 2x s7 ap2 Gets Hot, Rapid Fire, Twin-linked.
2-3 shots at s7 ap2, more often three shots since these are the chariots getting your boys into the thick of it, worst case scenario you'll be hitting with one wound that will force invulnerable saves, can also be used as tank busting potential on any av since the Lascanon always strikes at AV12.

Assault Canon 4x s6 ap4 Rending twin-linked
On average around three and a half will hit thanks to twin-linked, two will wound and one every two rounds will get rending. Heaviest armour it can threaten is AV12.

Personally I love the Typhoons, two insta death shots into foot-slogging marines, two tank buster shells or two strength four blasts into eldar/tau/guard chaff units will make 50 points back before the end of the first round. Concentrated fire from five Land Speeders which can be spaced a good distance apart will remove a Land Raider or two, send ten strength four blasts into a thunderwolf star averaging two models under each blast is twenty hits, could be more, could be less, wounding on fives does bring it back to about four or five wounds but that's also at 48' range, unless they're getting a Wulfen boost you'll be hitting those Thunderwolves twice before they get to retaliate, also the second hit will include the Heavy Bolter profile.

The Assault Canon/ Multi-Melta are both 24' You'll be getting one round of five shots, twenty five if you concentrate fire on a single unit, five of those will be insta-death to foot slogging marines and have the potential to bring down vehicles of any size, twenty will be wounding on twos and threes, maybe five will be at ap2.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.

1840p lol, high def fo sho

I'm concerned you'll make easy targets...

6 AV11's, like shooting empty propane cans
6 6-man squads, the SS/fist taking wounds quickly enough...

Speeders will be ok, lesser priority (so make sure they hurt them hard!)

Any decent shooting army will put your men on foot by turn 2 at the latest... if they go first you may begin thr game this way...

Iron Wolves will get your dudes out there quickly if you're able to move, but razorbacks deny CC for a full turn... gotta get out of sight or something.

Don't string out your force, make sure to ward off fire then be in their face simultaneously, or else you'll feed the enemy with just enough units for their firing squads to eliminate them enough at a time to keep you back and keep their guns just in range... very bad place to be =(

If you play particularly well, ok =) much value!
If things end up not ideal, you may become lunch

Speeders are fragile but they're also mostly separate squadrons meaning they have to be shot at separately and assaulted separately. If nothing else that is forcing them to either fire everything at one or two speeders until they go down or spread it out and hope to get lucky multiple times, it also means keeping them out of line of sight of the big guns and still getting targets of their own is easier.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.

Or placing them to draw fire from the big guns which wouldn't otherwise destroy something more mission critical... speeder jinks are no joke xD

While not a bad idea, I don't really see the point of the CotGW Battle Leaders.

Ironwolves favor MSU spam and mobility, which you have! But the infantry should probably stay in their transports for much of the game. They aren't obsec, so your speeders are better objective grabbers with their flat out buff than the infantry squads anyway.

I would go with a Wyrdstrom Brotherhood instead. 5 ML1 bikers will put out a lot of S7 shots with their special power and can even act as your AA which the list is lacking (especially with helm of durfast for twin linked and ignores cover). Then they can just turboboost behind your tank line for cover. They really complement the Ironwolves well and would likely earn their points back a lot more often than the battle leaders.

Hmmm boosting behind 24"-per-turn Rhinos, with Special Weapons shooting from them... nice.

Also, can simply have the Rune Priests join the infantry within the Rhinos and shoot from the hatch.
I've found it to be incredibly cost effective to have Rune Priests with Power Force Axes and LD10 w/ psyker protection and the Living Lightning power for the 60pts... makes even stock Blood Claws have renewed purpose on field.

The idea of the Wolf Guard is to make the Blood Claws more survivable when he dumps them on an objective.
Two wounds at 2+ and 3++ can sometimes soak a lot of abuse.
