Subject: Battle Report 1850pts Tau vs. Space Marines, Grey Knights & Inquisition, ITC Mission 4
Very nice paint jobs, love the dreadknights! I thought the Tau player could have stuck his star in the corner behind a ring of intercepting riptides, but I guess with their short range he wanted to play more aggressive. I run a similiar unit, and it hits hard, but if it gets caught out by ignore cover/psychics power or fast assault, it folds very quickly as it ain't a true star (imo).

Yeah that was option for sure; he was thinking he could monster hunter some wounds off dreadknights and then intercept most of the centurions before hitting for a strong second strike. Things didn't go that way however
