Hey all,

I was going to write a big long spiel, but I figured I'd save you all the time. To summarize, I've been involved on and off with miniature wargaming and got into 40K back in 2009 for a short time. Unfortunately, I went too deep, too quick, and overwhelmed myself out of the hobby. So sad

Well, now I'm interested in it once more, but this time decided to do it write by taking it in one bite at a time and savoring each one. I recently purchased the 7E rulebook and am perusing my way through that before I start an army (think Tau right now). I joined you all to hopefully, get guided in the right direction as I journey through this hobby.

My next move will be to get all the crafting supplies. Maybe considering getting the Dark Vengeance starter set soon after, but since I don't plan on collecting Dark Angels or Chaos, is it even worth it? I figured it possibly could be as I can use it for practice games to get a grip on the rules as well as practice my painting.
