Which would you prefer for a 10 man special weapons group which will either infiltrate or arrive via drop pod?

If infiltrating, I'd take the calivers since you won't count as having move for shooting a heavy weapon. However, if podding in, I'd take the charger since you then would have to snap fire the calivers

I just don't see the point of Charger Support Squads at all, it's a premium rate shooting unit that's generally only useable if you get close enough to the enemy lines to allow them to take the no-brainer option of charging it thereby turning it into an overpriced Tactical squad.

For infiltrating, the calivers, all day, every day. Higher strength, longer range.
For podding in, I'm going to suggest sticking with the flamers you start with. You should nearly always be able to get in close to flame the crap out of anything. And all those flamers will make any anyone who charges you pay for it.
