Plan is to Librarian with Aquila Kill Team 3. Game wise depending on whether I expect my opponent to camp back fiend or push up I will deep strike either/or/both Aquila Kill Teams 1 and 2.

In the future I think I might give the Vanguard Veteran a Heavy Thunder Hammer and drop the Black Shield from that unit which would free up the points for a second Frag Cannon or Inferus Heavy Bolter but these are the models I'm working with ... for now.

Where's your 1+ Auxiliary Formation?

That is a very good point. May well just run this list but not in the Black Spear Strike Force then add in a Venerable Dreadnought and something else for 1000pts.
