Is there a way to make PayPal transfer faster?
I use a confirmed account linked to my bank account and when i pay someone it still takes 3 or 4 days to come out of my bank.
Any thoughts?

Unlikely (any delays are at least as likely to be down to your banks back end systems as paypals)

if your really need money to move fast use a direct bank transfer (which of course has no protection)

or keep money in your paypal account as funds already in there usually move instantly (again a bit of a risk as paypal isn't a bank and your money isn't protected in the same way as it would be in there)

There's nothing you can do if you're transferring in from a bank account as the banks generally do it to try to collect more interest in those days while it processes. Of course you don't seem to really need a balance for ebay at least since it pulls from my account whenever I get anything so I don't bother keeping a balance in it anymore.
