Starting daemons and this is going to be my first daemon army and figured I'd get some input.

Infernal tetrad:
All princes have flight and psyker lvl 3(barring khorne of course)

Khorne prince- armour of scorn, 2 x greater, 1 x lesser reward - 280

Nurgle prince- 2 x greater rewards, Warp forged armour - 335

Slaanesh prince- soulstealer, 2 x greater reward, Warp forged armour
- 350

Tzeetch prince(warlord)- robes, 2 x greater, 1 x lesser reward - 360

CaD :

HQ-

Tzherald w/ disc, ml 3, paradox - 145

Tzherald w/ disc, ml 3 - 120

Troop-

Pink horrors x 11 - 99

Pink horrors x 11 - 99

Fast attack-

Screamers of Tzeentch x 8 - 200

Total - 1988

Now I know there are a few holes and a few points left unspent, that's where yall come in. Mind you this is the start of my daemon army so it doesn't have to be super amazing but I'd like to stand a chance. the reason for horrors, Screamers, and Tzheralds is strictly because my lgs happens to have burning chariots on sale, so i figure I pick a few up(thinking 4) and some extra bases. it gives me a squad of horrors with one left over to fill out a box of horrors for troop choices, 8 Screamers, and 4 tzeralds w/ disks. All for super great deal due to Noone in my area playing them so that with daemon princes being fairly cheap led to this tetrad/tzeetch list. Thanks for amy thoughts!

Wow, your Tetrad is EXACTLY like mine is. Nice. BTW, your Sllaanesh Prince should only be 330pts, not 350. That gives to extra points enough for the 9th Screamer if you can find a way to get another one.

Thanks for pointing that out! I had forgotten to write down the soulstealer artifact for the Slaanesh prince to try and get him to survive a little longer which is the 20 'extra' points. At this point I'm thinking the last 12 point may just be a lesser reward for slaaneshi or nurgle princes to bring it up to 1998.

I could probably switch Screamers and a herald for a LoC is amother option that wouldn't be too hard to fit in cost wise either.

I like the list! I curently try the same tetrad but with a LoC and horrors. So far I like it very much especially the punch of an extra mc. But I think it will work with heralds as well. You have plenty of warpcharge ass well to put out 2 summoning/incursion each turn and get your defensive powers.

I'd stick with the Heralds and Screamers for the diversity. If you want to add another MC, Belakor is actually a good match for the Tetrad both in game-play and in theme.

Thanks a lot! I was really tempted to go with LoC but honestly the great deal on burning chariots has solidified my choice on heralds/Screamers. Though I will get LoC soon enough cause I love lots of big guys running around. Also I have a factory list as my end goal and stocking up on mass units now while they are cheaper is too hard to pass up.

Something I was wondering about too was endless grimoire on a herald would actually give my tzeetch prince(warlord) all the change spells due to its wording is an interesting thing to think about.

I was sticking with them for monetary reasons atm but I do agree with you on the different units to have around. And Be'lakor is totally going to be an early buy for me as he is in my end game list so thanks for the incentive to get him earlier

Also as THE prince it only fits he'd be there. Good point on that.

Who else could get 4 Princes from different gods to fight light a team? Belakor is just using the Tetrad to gain power

I have been experimenting by taking the Nurgle prince with no armour. RIght now my biggest weakness is against drop-pod grav with Ignores Cover. It's pretty common to see now with the Hunter's Eye relic unfortunately.

I love Soulstealer, it's a great weapon to have. People tend to gun for the Slaanesh the most since he seems to be the easiest to kill unless you get excellent rewards, so having the ability to regain wounds is amazing.

Haven't tried it with a Screamerstar, perhaps I will do that next.

Only one guy around brings grav consistently, and honestly it wasn't until I didn't know how to use my last 45 or so points I threw the armour on him as filler xD

You do have a point on it though, but I figure at least he will still have his 2+ cover to mitigate should it be a problem.

Okay I got it, I'm kinda dumb for not taking it into account to begin with, but I have to take paradox off of Tzherald and put a grimoire of true names in its place. This puts me at 1993 and nothing to buy, but I needed it to properly protect Screamerstar and Co. And just forgot to add the points in xD
