The Iron Angels
Formed in the 32nd millennium, they were one of the Dark Angels successors lost to history. They opted to keep as much of the traditional heraldry as possible, keeping the Dark Green and Red. The chapter vanished in the late 31st millennium, just 247 years after its founding, due to staggering losses in the defense of Cadia. They spent the next few millennia replenishing gene-seed, and growing in numbers, until they were at full strength once more. However, they remained relatively inactive, and only being dispatched from their Fortress-Monastery called the Angelicus by the Dark Angels. Similarly to the Dark Angels, they do not have a home planet, wandering around in a massive meteorite equipped with Warp Drives. They adhere roughly to the Codex Astartes, maintaining around 1000 Battle-Brothers. However, their Tactical, Assault, and Devestator Squads are not numbered, as they keep an unprecedented amount of flexibility. Marines may be moved from one Squad to another, as losses and tactica permit. Therefore, they wear the number of their Company on their shoulder, in the stead of their Squad Number. This creates a fair amount of confusion in the eyes of the other Space Marines. In the records of some Chapters, the 5th tactical squad numbers almost 100 Marines, and the 3rd Devastator Squad numbers almost 20, etc., etc. As previously implied, the Iron Angels are very close to their Primogenitor Chapter, and, with their incredibly similar color scheme, are often mistaken for Dark Angels. This serves the Dark Angels well, as in some occasions, the Dark Angels swear to protect a planet, yet are drawn away by some unforeseen event. However, between the Dark Angels and the Iron Angels, there is one key difference. The First Company’s Terminators are not Bone-White. However, the Iron Angels have evolved into a powerful Chapter, able to hold its own against any force. And then came Dimmamar, and the Tyranids. The Angels sent down their entire third company. Within a month, that force was almost wiped out. Unable to spare many troops, they managed to spare 50 Battle-Brothers from the 7th, 8th, and 9th companies. However, they have been driven back to the wild plains of Ungrowth, where they plan to make a final last stand…
Notable Details
Scavenged Armour: Notice how many of these proud warriors have been forced to scavenge armour from other Companies, as well as Ultramarines and Manufactorums.
Ultramarine Corpses: The corpses of several Ultramarines lie on the battlefield, a testament to the battles that occurred before.
Strong Landscapes: The Plains of Ungrowth are mountainous and rocky, making them a hard place to cultivate and defend.
Makeshift Barricades: The Iron Angels have been forced to erect makeshift barricades, that were scavenged from the bits of metal lying around the plains.
Key Figures:
Chapter Master Crassius
Lord of Angelicus, Master of Repentance, Destroyer of Khrate, Keeper of Heaven, Keeper of Damnation, Lord of the Iron Angels and Purger of the Celestial Saints. Crassius was one of the original 1000 Marines that formed the Iron Angels. He was one of the 271 survivors of the 1st Black Crusade. He is the 14th Chapter Master of the Iron Angels. He is the death of his enemies and the salvation of the Iron Angels. He is the Master of the Ghoul Stars, the Wanderer of the Shadows, and the Killers of the Hated. He wields the unearthly black blade Christened “Heaven”, and the keeper of the Plasma Combi-Weapon “Damnation”. He resides in the Fortress-Monastery Angelicus where he reflects, forever, until he is called upon by the Watchers in the Dark to war. He is the embodiment of the Iron Angels’ flexibility, able to bring almost any weapon to war.
Lord Celestant Librarian Ghorastus
Keeper of Magic, Bender of Reality, Seer of the Vale, and the Lord in the Shadows. He is the master of the Iron Angels Celestant Librarians. Powerful and control all in one; power to destroy worlds, control to limit the darkness within every Librarian. He earned his title for using the Immaterium to cleanse an alien planet of life, leaving the planet sterile, yet fertile. He wields the ancient Force Sword “Banemaster”, and watches over the Librarium on Angelicus.
Interrogator Chaplain Creatus
Keeper of Secrets, Bearer of Burdens, Wielder of the Holy Rozarius, Lord of the Keep, and Extractor of Secrets. The chief of the Iron Angels Interrogator Chaplains, Creatus is young for his position. Ascending to the title in M41996, he was appointed after several outstanding acts. He extracted a confession out of Inceas, who was the second Fallen captured by the Iron Angels, and was unbroken since M 32461. He pieced together the information obtained, and from it 5 Fallen were captured. Second, he led the assault against the Angel’s Bastion, a former Dark Angels outpost turned Black Market and Chaos Space Marine Fort. He personally challenged the Fallen Drasisai, and then captured and forced him to repent. To date, he has been involved in the capture of 9 Fallen, and has forced 6 to repent. Of all Interrogator Chaplains, he is one of the most esteemed, being almost as respected as Asmodai, or even Saffon.
Shadowhand Master Dureas
Lord of the Tower, Master of Blade, Wall of Morachis, Banisher of Abaddon, Master of the Knights, Keeper of the Shadow Blade, and Lord of the Spires. The Master of the 1st Company, this ancient Space Marine is an Angel of Death on the battlefield, and a serene Master of the Knights when not. Dureas is known for many feats, particularly those during the 9th Black Crusade. He met Abaddon in single combat, and though was defeated and grievously wounded, he used his Storm Bolter to fire at the exposed Cataphractii vents on the back of Abaddon’s massive from, and blew the Black Lord to the ground. He is the Keeper of the Shadow Blade, the twin to the Heavenfall Blade of the Dark Angels. In spite of all the men who say the Heavenfall Blade is one of a kind, the Shadow Blade is its twin in all but name. Majestic and destructive in battle, the Shadow Blade is graceful and deadly.
Ironwing Master Farisimun
Lord of the Ironwing, Master of Bikes, Opener of Ceremonies, Destroyer of Crytus, Master of Fyrebike, Rider of Wind. Ironwing Master Farisimun is the lord of Revelries. He presides over every feast, watches over every ceremony, and looms over every persecution. He is charming and charismatic, and his laughter can be heard booming over the halls of the Angelicus. In battle, however, he is silent, his orders heard only as a whisper. He rides his Bike, his cloak streaming behind him, his enemies falling left and right. His greatest enemy was a Fallen known as Crytus. He was the former Captain of the 28th Bike Company, and his polar opposite. Loud and gregarious in battle, he was a constant thorn in the side to all the Unforgiven. He was the most insufferable to the Ravenwing, Ironwing, and the rest of the bike Companies that felt he was an insult to their name. Farisimun fought against him, on the moons of Pandorax. He strafed the side of the enemy flank with his Command Squad, and, in the process, damaged Crytus’s ancient bike Swyftspeed. Crytus attempted to hunt down Farisimun, yet his bike hurled him off, back wheel jammed. Crytus managed to land on his feet, yet Farisimun was already on top of him. He was mighty, and unmounted Farisimun, yet Farisimun attacked him with a flurry of blows. Outmatched, he was cloven in half with a sweep of Farisimun’s Power Pike, and, just like that, Crytus was no more.
Company Master Errochius
Master of the 3rd Company, veteran of a thousand wars, survivor of Hive Fleets Behemoth, Kraken, and Leviathan, Keeper of Malice, Sword of the Lion, Prize of Angelicus. Master of combat against Tyranids, who, with 13 Battle-Brothers, held Fort Tobias for 213 days against the Tyranids. He is also known for defeating the Fallen known as the Chainbreaker in single combat. His confession lead to the capture of at least 2 other Fallen. He lead the attempt at the destruction of the Chaos Champion known only as “Cast”, and is currently the oldest of the Company Masters. He is known to be unstoppable in battle, able to engage with a mass of Hormagaunts and Termagants, and emerge unscathed out the other side.
Company Master Formastus
Armour of Hatred, Breaker of Yintsugh, Wielder of Weirblade, Master of the 4th Company, and Witness of Repentance. Formastus is an ancient Space Marine. Old enough to remember the old Iron Angels, Formastus is a fearsome warrior. His relic Power Sword Weirblade is a Bone-White color, blasting currents of unnatural energy through its foes. He is the Witness of Repentance, the one who will record each of the Fallen’s confessions, and stores them in the Book of Midnight. He is known for breaking Yintsugh, the 5th Fallen captured by the Iron Angels, and former Company Master of the 78th Dark Angels Company.
Company Master Psaben
Killer of Fraghet, Wielder of Bloodsong, Champion of Angelicus, Master of the 5th Company, and Overseer of Machines. Company Master Psaben is a special case in all Space Marines, or, should I say, the 5th Company Master of the Iron Angels is an odd title in other Space Marine’s eyes. The 5th Company Master is the Overseer of Machines; the Watcher of the Vehicle Bank. The Master must ensure that the Texhnology is in good condition, that the maintenance is carried out, and that the Chapter Serfs never slack. Therefore, the 5th Company Master must always have at least the basic understanding of technology. Company Master Psaben is noted, also, for wielding Bloodsong and vanquishing Fraghet. Bloodsong is a Power Sword the Iron Angels forged from the remains of the materials that had once been Caliban. The special Irons and Minerals that had once been Caliban’s core had made Bloodsong a Sword with a temper like no other. Some among the Iron Angels even claim that the blade could slice through pure Ceramite like butter. Fraghet was a Greater Daemon of Slaanesh that had somehow lodged itself in the engines of the Angelicus. He led the force to cleanse the engine, and personally purged the Daemon using Bloodsong, by leaping above a sweep of its Maul, and driving Bloodsong deep into his skull.
Company Master Xedreon
First of the Reserve, Activator of Angelicus, Avenger of Mysus, Purger of the Draigo Spire, Master of the 6th Company, and Keeper of Scrolls. Company Master Xedreon has performed many great deeds that earn him the many titles he bears. He avenged Company Master Mysus when a Tau Cadre XV-25 Stealth Champion destroyed him. He proceeded to use his Power Axe to utterly obliterate the Champion, leaving him in pieces on the ground. He lead a strike force to cleansed the Draigo Spire, a Daemonic Spike that lay growing on a backwater Imperial world. He keeps all of the Dataslates and Scrolls in the Iron Angels’ possession, carefully storing them in the Reclusiam on the Angelicus.
Company Master Torsious
Company Master Torsious, Master of the 7th Company, Destroyer of Khoras, Vanquisher of Txeen, Death of Vard, Pride of Crassius. Company Master Torsious is quite the Iron Angel. Besting two Khornate Daemon Princes at different times is no lean feat, and besting two Khornate Daemon Princes together is a nigh impossible task, yet that’s exactly what Torsious did. Using the Power Sword Headbringer, he wedged himself in a cliff. When the Daemon Princes spotted him, he used his Plasma Pistol to destroy an overhang, plunging one Daemon under. He then used his power armor to leap onto the other Daemon’s back. The Daemon, enraged, took flight, yet one Plasma Bolt brought a wing down. The Prince plunged downwards, and crashed, but the Prince wasn’t done yet. The other Daemon was still digging himself out when Torsious detonated a Melta Bomb over the collapsed overhang. The bomb vaporized the Daemon. The other charged, yet Torsious leapt under, then came around and blasted the Daemon to bits from behind.
Company Master Ghurdes
Nameless Horror, Master of the 8th Company, and Secret Striker. Company Master Ghurdes is a mystery to all. All is unknown, but name, titles, and a suit of Armour. His suit of Armour is often seen moving around the Angelicus, yet if there is a body inside, he does not respond to any word.
Company Master Frehan
Keeper of Thunder, Master of Manipulation, Wielder of Mythus, Wall of Morachis, Master of the 9th Company and Gazemaster. Company Master Frehan is the diplomatic master of the Iron Angels. He can manipulate and negotiate until all terms twist to the advantage of the Iron Angels. In battle he wields Mythus, a Power Staff that warps reality, leaving his foes cluttered messes and distorted lumps of flesh. He also keeps a priceless ancient suit of Thunder Warrior armor in his private quarters.
Company Master Druise
Taker of Craster’s Keep, Master of Keys, Claimer of Phostege, Master of the 10th Company, and Young Master. Druise is the youngest of the Company Masters, being inducted into the Iron Angels at M 41784. He rose to prominence when he singlehandedly beat back an entire squad of Chaos Space Marines, and brought himself into the gaze of the Inner Circle. He then continued to take Crastor Keep, alone, except for Battle-Brother Basean. They, together, wiped out the stronghold’s Garrison, then proceeded to challenge the five Chaos Chosen that controlled the Keep. They killed all except one, and Battle-Brother Basean fell during the conflict. However, then Company Master Garbeiye Krysenth stormed up, and witnessed Druise evade the Chosen’s desperate attacks, then dive under and cleaved him in half with a powerful sweep of his Chainsword. That landed him into the Ironwing, and then into the Deathhand. Finally, his ascension complete, he became the Master of the 10th Company.
There are 35 Battle-Brothers; the last wall standing between the Tyranids and Dimmamar.
The Last Wall:
Command Squad Errochius
Company Master Errochius, Master of the 3rd Company, veteran of a thousand wars, survivor of Hive Fleets Behemoth, Kraken, and Leviathan, Keeper of Malice, Sword of the Lion, Prize of Angelicus. Master of combat against the Tyranids. He, with 13 Battle-Brothers, held Fort Tobias for 213 days against the Tyranids.
Company Champion Darthas, bearer of the Angel Wall, the ancient shield of Crakian, the 31st Company Master of the Dark Angels Legion, Breaker of Walls. This ancient Space Marine is quite unique. He lost his lower half during an almost fatal encounter with Abaddon the Black when he was defending Cadia, and instead of interning Darthas within a Dreadnought, the Techmarines of the Dark Angels grafted a pair of robotic legs to his torso, enabling him to walk once again. He utilizes a Sword-Staff that shimmers with energy when struck. Though a staff, it's witnesses always see it cut through flesh as though there were a sharp edge to the staff. Needless to say, witnesses are few. Those who survive to speak about it, anyway.
Banner Bearer Hyanthus, Slayer of Drazghul, Keeper of Slights. As his title implied, Hyanthus is a Marine known to be quite unforgiving. He is known for challenging Brother Chranus of the 4th Company to a duel of honor every day for 25 days, beating him on each challenge, for a slight push of the shoulder on the training deck. Hard as a stone, he was Errochius’ first choice for Banner-Bearer when Brother Cryus was undone by a Dark Eldar Blade across the chest.
Apothecary Tyemes, Holder of Hearts, Brother of Light. Tyemes was selected to wear the white the same day his twin, Chronus, was chosen to wear the black. He has rescued the gene-seed of countless brothers who were thought lost. His most notable accomplishment was when he single handedly forged a path through a mass of Nurglite Warp Spawn in order to rescue the gene-seed of Battle-Brothers Derivan, Hadrios, and Quhnis, who were felled by the Daemon Prince known as “Inblight”.
Brother Demeno, Killer of Hyde, Destroyer of the Shame of Mars. Brother Demeno is the dry counterpart to the frankness of Brother Hyanthus. They forged an iron friendship during their time as scouts, and were appointed to Command Squad Errochius together. He is known for utilizing a Combi-Grav Bolter, and with his sharp eye, some whisper that he has felled more Xenos than even Errochius. He undid the Daemon Prince Hyde with a well-placed Bolter shot to the eye, which tore through his skull, then detonated and terminated the notorious Daemon forever. His second notable accomplishment was destroying the Shame of Mars, a Chaos Helblade that had once served on Mars. His Grav-Round detonated its fuel supply, then ripped through the the Lascannon and crumpled the hull to oblivion.
Brother Crassus, Bearer of The Silencer. He rose to prominence after reclaiming The Silencer, the legendary Bolter that was rumored to have once belonged to Second Company Master Sequeres. It detonates every round in eerie silence, bringing death without a sound. The youngest of all in Command Squad Errochius, his sharp wit, as well as sharp eye, earned him a place in his Company Master’s personal retinue.
The Pride of Dianthus, a Razorback with Twin-Linked Lascannons. It is one of the oldest Razorbacks in the Dark Angel’s Armoury. The Machine Spirit of the Razorback is often sarcastic, making noises that speak of its dry wit. Personally selected by Company Master Errochius, this Razorback certainly earns the respect it deserves.
Librarian Zachariel
Celestant Librarian Zachariel, Shield of Honor. Zachariel learned of his Psychic powers halfway through his Initiation, and was transported into the Librarium to begin his training. He was deployed to be the shield for Command Squad Errochius, and his vast array of powers have more than risen up to the occasion.
Interrogator-Chaplain Chronus
Interrogator-Chaplian Chronus, Sayer of Litanies, Preacher of Word, Master of Repentance. Chronus came with Tyemes to Dimmamar together, and insofar, they had not been separated. Chronus has extracted confessions from 2 Fallen, an accomplishment by all means. He wields the ancient Power Fist Repenter, and has been involved in the capture of no less than 6 Fallen.
Ironwing Squad Bachys
Veteran Sergeant Bachys [DECEASED] He was felled by a swarm of devourer worms from a Termagant Brood. His Chainsword was recovered by the rest of Squad Bachys. He slew the Black Legion’s former Captain Hackal when he strafed his flank with Bolter rounds and destroyed the Helbrute which was positioned next to the Chaos Captain. The disoriented Helbrute decapitated his Captain with a swipe of his Power Fist. It is notable that this was the only Ironwing Sargeant and his Squad to land on Dimmamar.
Ravenwing-Brother Crynthus, Sharpshooter. His only title was gained when he won a shooting tourney against former Deathwing Knight Barenthius. He is known for his dangerous driving habits and eccentric personality.
Ravenwing-Brother Sardonis. He is the newest member of the Ironwing. Formerly part of the 3rd Company, he was integrated into the Ironwing when he witnessed Company Master Errochius defeat the Fallen known as “Chainbreaker”.
Tactical Squad Demetrios
Sergeant Demetrios, Master of Blade, Avenger of Mitoras. Sargeant Demetrios was promoted to Sargeant by Company Master Errochius after Veteran Sargeant Mitoras was felled by a Tyranid Prime. Demetrios took up his Master Crafted Chainsword, and proceeded to gut the Tyranid. He earned both titles during this combat.
Brother Vandoras, Witness of Caliban. Brother Vandoras is truly a special case. Old enough to witness the fall of Caliban, Vandoras may be one of the oldest Space Marines in existence. However, his memory has deteriorated, as if interred within a Dreadnought. Now, he has no memory, but fights on in the memory of Caliban.
Brother Cantael, Defeater of Bordas, Halmark of Genes. Brother Canteal was adopted into the Iron Angels when a mutation within his Gene-Seed caused his skin to seem to melt. Although it is not a hampering mutation, the Dark Angels reassigned him to the Iron Angels. He fights with the zeal of someone proving himself, and challenged the Chaos Champion Bordas to a duel. He bested him with an overhead swipe, sending half his head spinning of into the carnage.
Brother Wedqys, Wielder of Crast. He is noted for wielding Crast, a Boltgun that glows with unearthly power, creating a vortex that drags the enemy into the immaterium with every bolt detonated. He is one of the only two surviving Battle-Brothers from the 8th Company.
Brother Canteal. The newest member to join Squad Demetrios, Brother Canteal was reassigned from the 7th Company to Squad Demetrios following his entire Combat Squad’s destruction.
Brother Dystora. Another reassigned Space Marine, this time from Squad Myterion of the 3rd Company. After the Tactical Squad was reduced to 4 members, Company Master Errochius dissolved the Squad into the remaining Tacticals.
Brother Elyseia. The second Space Marine from Squad Myterion to be reassigned to Squad Demetrios. Elyseia is the voice of reason, always advising on the dangers of the task. Wielding his trusty Plasma Cannon, he brings destruction to his enemies.
Brother Torius, Slayer of Draznitch, Vanquisher of Dentor. Brother Torius is an esteemed member of Squad Demetrius. Almost as old as Demetrius, he earned his titles for slaying two infamous Chaos Chosen. He slew Draznitch with a well-placed Bolter round in the eye, and disemboweled Dentor with a long sweep of his roaring Chainsword.
Brother Varsen. Another reassigned member. Varsen was reassigned to Squad Demetrios after Tactical Squad Buque was annihilated by a group of Genestealer Purebloods. His Plasma Gun was picked up from a rotting Ultramarine, but functions just as well. He has sworn to return it to the Ultramarine Chapter if he survives.
Brother Bastios. Brother Bastios is famous for his choice of using a Chainsword and Bolt Pistol instead of a standard Boltgun. He is often found back-to-back with Sergeant Demetrios, hacking and slashing at the enemy. He was assigned to Tactical Squad Demetrios when the 7th Company arrived, and quickly was the most trusted by Sergeant Demetrius.
Tactical Squad Reintus
Veteran Sergeant Reintus, Slayer of Kusyt, Blade Sanctor. Veteran sergeant Reintus is most noted for slaying Kusyt, Daemon Prince of Khorne, and one of Khârn’s greatest soldiers. Though it nearly costed him his life, he detonated a Melta Bomb on his head, after jumping onto his back with a jump pack in midair. He was found lying in a crater, his power armor cracked and broken. His name was entered in the Book of Heroes for this deed. He is greatly respected, even by Chapter Master Errochius.
Brother Vrisen, Cleanser. The eldest of the group, Vrisen is silent. When Vrisen speaks, it is with the utter conviction of someone who has listened, and is sure of the righteousness of the action. He has destroyed more Chaos and Xenos than lesser Chapters of Space Marines. He has killed 12,398,355 Xenos with his righteous rage. That number alone earns him the title “Cleanser”. He would have risen through the ranks, yet Vrisen declines every promotion offered for reasons only he understands.
Brother Betrun. Brother Betrun is often found behind barricades, aiming down the sights of his Boltgun, picking of flanking enemies and bringing down great beasts. He is the second of the surviving 8th Company Marines.
Brother Messter. Brother Messter is the heart of the group. His dry wit and sense of humor keeps the moral high, and he is much loved by all his Brothers. He is one of the only 2 surviving 9th Company Marines.
Brother Estmus. Brother Estmus was reassigned to Tactical Squad Reintus from Devestator Squad Brachiel following the complete and utter destruction of the Squad. His rocket launcher is equipped with Frakk Missiles. He is the only other surviving 9th Company Marine.
Brother Morach, Slayer of Chorwa. Brother Morach was a scout merely 2 years ago. He is one of the youngest Iron Angels on Dimmamar, however, he has already earned his first title. Chorwa was a heretical Psyker on the Imperial Planet of Hydraphur. He nearly started an uprising in the Beaurocratic Sector before 5 Iron Angels put an end to the rebellion. Morach personally fought through 3 mobs of cultists before putting an end to Chorwa personally.
Brother Sidonus. Brother Sidonus was recruited on the world of Moranchus, a world that the Tau had begun converting to their cause. Sidonus lead an uprising that killed the Tau Speakers, then attacked the Tau compound and personally slew the Ethereal which was orchestrating the turn. The Iron Angels then destroyed the entire facility before taking Sidonus to become a Space Marine.
Brother Incremes. Incremes is one of the Space Marines that go into battle bare-headed. His Melta Gun melts enemies to slough as he shouts the litanies of the Iron Angels for his allies.
Brother Teringus. Teringus is another Marine from the 7th Company dissolved into the 3rd for this war. He has a sharp eye, and his sense of danger has saved the Squad on more than one occasion.
Brother Drewas, Wall of Morachis. The title “Wall of Morachis” is assigned to an Iron Angel who has defended a fort or place of importance with distinction. Derived from an old Terran tale, the title has been withheld from being given as of recent as the Iron Angels have been too dispersed for any sort of action. Brother Drewas is known for wielding a Relic Boltgun that fires chemical rounds instead of explosives. He is the 3rd Marine to be dissolved into the 3rd from the 7th in Squad Reintus.
Shadowhand Knight Squad Xedronus
Sergeant Xedronus, Keeper of Secrets, Hunter of Traitors. Xedronus is the epitome of a Space Marine. Smart, fast, and deadly, he is the well-earned Sergeant of a Knight Squad. He is the Keeper of the Book of Midnight, the most comprehensive list of Fallen under the custody of the Iron Angels.
Brother Dameon [DECEASED], Heavy Shadowhand Bearer. Brother Dameon was felled by a swarm of Gargoyles. He was the Heavy Weapons specialist, using twin Heavy Flamers to fell his foes. He took down thousands of Tyranids before being overtaken. His Gene-Seed was recovered by Apothecary Tyemes.
Brother Xholot [DECEASED]. Brother Xholot was the bearer of the Earthline Blade, an ancient blade said to be forged on Holy Terra itself. Reclaimed by Tactical Squad Myterion, the Tactical Squad was reduced to 4 members after suffering heavy losses due to the Spore Mine field that was placed between them and the Blade.
Brother Vardensis, Lord of Iron, Fortress of Kantar. He is known for using the one and only “Dreadknight” Terminator suit. Much heavier, it offers far superior protection, in exchange for mobility and speed. This suit was recovered from a former Grey Knight compound. Awarded to Brother Vardensis by the Grey Knights for helping to Purify the compound. He wields a Storm Bolter and a Power Fist, using his advantages to act like a mobile shield for his squad.
Brother Dragerse, Vanquisher of the Catare. He is the fastest of the group, always charging and retreating with his Assault Cannon and Chainfist. Relatively new to the 1st Company, he is considered foolhardy and reckless by his peers.
Spear of the Ommnisiah
Brother-Engineer Quintus, Vission of the Ommnisiah. Selected when first a scout, he was trained on Mars for 15 years. Returning a full-fledged Techpriest, he has served the Ommnisiah for 312 years. His warlike psyche has placed him upon the battlefield instead of within the armoury thousands of times.
Combat Servitor 39275. Former Imperial Guardsman Vordensk Helmricht. Captured by the Iron Angels for Cowardice. Equipped with Heavy Bolter.
Combat Servitor 46363. Former Manufactorum worker Karl Saenback. Captured by the Iron Angels for arousing rebellious feelings in Manufactorum Number 693647910313. Equipped with Plasma Cannon.
