Hey,
Im looking for ways to make a unit of Eldar artillery platforms relentless to potentially move and shoot with them in the same turn.
Im not super familiar with the eldar codex but Im sure there is some tricks in there someone can share?

I'm pretty sure there is no way to get an Eldar/Harlequin/DE IC with Slow and Purposeful, which is the only way to transfer relentless to a unit except through psychic powers.

Do eldar have access to biomancy?
If so: the power endurance will give them relentless, eternal warrior and FnP(4+) for only WC2.
If not: I can't think of a way to give them relentless.

No biomancy for Eldar sadly.
To my knowledge, you can not make the elder platforms mobile as there is no transferable SnP in the list from memory
