Subject: No drop pod doors, modeling vs. game play
Since, in the fluff, drop pods doors blow off, would it be odd to model the pods without doors? I think they would look pretty cool. I know with the FAQ people want to keep them on for LOS blocking but ITC ignores them for all purposes.
Thoughts?

Supposedly the tops of the doors have explosive bolts that blow off and they drop on their hinges when they land. I glued mine in place and we just play they are see through. Unless the FAQ made them part of the hull, which it is still just a draft, not the actual FAQ last I checked then I don't see why you couldn't just skip them. I hate painting the inside of vehicles so theres that. I don't even build the interior parts.
If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!

Thanks Colonel! I'm up in the air and I already painted the insides, so it would be easier to not have to paint the outside. I also though about magnetizing the doors at the hinges, but I'm not sold on that either.

I magnatised one of mine at the top/side of the doors and the fins, the rest fit properly, got a strip off a fridge magnet and did a bit of cutting and pasting.
I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.
