I know im not the first person to do this, so here is my version of the AoS to 40k conversion.

Early WIP, was gonna make him into a space marine something.


Bit more work, head swap, lots of greenstuff. painted the base while waiting for the GS to dry:


Finished(ish) model. The eagle looks too much like a chicken for my liking, and im not 100% sold on the Servo Skull, but im tired now, so ima call him done. He is an inquisitor.

Nice work. I think the AOS Stormcasts make a great base for Inquisitors in power armour because the silhouette is so radically different to a Marine.

I orginally planned to make him into a primarch for my custom chapter because he is so much taller than a standard Marine, but decided against it because:

a) His armour, especially his legs, is nothing at all like power armour.

b) I am nowhere near good enough to make a primarch.
