Hi,

I'm currently building up a small force of Tempestus Scions and am stuck on the Command Squad. From reading the codex it states that one Scion with a hotshot lasgun can take a med pack. This would suggest that it keeps the lasgun as well. The model however appears to carry the med pack at a laspistol although the codex states this is for the tempestor only.

What weapon is supposed to go with the med pack?

The sort of chainsaw pistol, you can glue the holster hotshot lasgun on the guy pack to gear him properly.

In the GW errata they allow the one carrying a Vox and a medi-pack to swap out the lasgun for the pistol for free.
