Firstly, welcome to Dakka and to
DA!
Crikey, there's alot to cover, so don't pay too much attention to the order, these are coming out of my brain in no particular order:
Please have a read of
this sticky thread about army list format and why we don't want the individual points costs listed (protects against litigation, and makes list easier to read).
With the
RW Support squadron, you've got only a single heavy bolter on each 'speeder. Considering the points difference between a speeder with one, and a speeder with two heavy bolters, there's almost no justifyable reason not to add the second weapon (as a fast vehicle, it can still fire two weapons whilst moving at cruising speeds).
With the
LS Vengeance, many people will suggest using a Darkshroud instead (gives the whole squadron a 4+ save, or a 2+ re-rollable when you Jink, increases survivability of the unit immensely), but I suggest you give the Vengeance a go for a few games (but when assembling, make sure not to glue in the pieces that you'd need to change to use it as a Darkshroud).
With the
RW attack squadron, again your speeder only has a single weapon, and you're lacking any specials on the bike squad itself - the increase in
BS from the formation bonus is a bit wasted on the bike's bolters (as they're already twin-linked). Options here are either Grav guns (which work well on a Relentless model like a bike) or melta (in which case you might be better off with an attack bike squadron). Other than that, you might just be keeping them cheap for teleport homers (and having less guns makes them less of a target).
One of the restrictions on the Deathwing Redemption force is that Independent Characters need to purchase Terminator Armour - this allows them to deep strike with the rest of the formation, so your chaplain needs to add that. Try to find the points to add a heavy weapon to the second terminator squad.
The drop pod tacticals I suggest swapping the plasma pistol for a combi-melta - this gives you an extra melta shot on the turn you arrive, which makes it more likely to kill the target.
I'm not keen on the Devastators in their current configuration - you've got a mix of weapons (which is a personal bug-bear), and you've also given them a Rhino when the other tactical squads would really benefit from it instead. Either drop the lascannons (leaving the 2 meltas in the rhino - you can drive up first turn and then shoot out of the top hatch in the second turn) or drop the meltas and give the rhino to a tactical squad.
Hope this is helpful!
