Hi everyone. So first off all im a total noob, just started playing warhammer. I choose the army i liked the most, the space wolves. Many people told me the starter pack was a good start so I buyed one and buyed the space wolves codex and rulebook. Just after, one off my good friends who had a space wolves army decided to change army and to sell his space wolves. But put off hood heart he give me some units. So now i have:

13 grey hunters: 10x chainsword, 8xbolters, 1xmelta, 1 multimelta, and 2 magnet units whit the option off plasma gun, bolter, chainsword, wolf claw, powerfist.

A drop pod

A ruine priest magnetised so he can be one a thunder wolf or in foot

4 thunder wolves cavaleries 2 x chaisword and ss and 2 magnetised whit option off 2 wolff claw,1 thunderhammer, 1 chainsword and 1 ss, each.

2 wolf lord(or wolf guard battle leader) first is from the starter box so power sword and bolter. The other is special he is a ulrik converted he can be ulrik, he can be on foot or on thunderwolf he can have a sword (krakenbone) or a axe (black death) and the other hand can have a strorm shield, a bolter gun, a plasma gun or a free arm. My friend told me that whit all the option this figured can be played as ulrik a wolf lord a wolf guard battle leader, ragnar, herald or krom.

So now i seriously dont know what next what detachement is competitive and what figures to buyed next. I have read a lot have seen so many list and have never played so im kond off lost. Maybe some off you can give me some advices?

Warzone Fenris -Sons of Russ supplement.
After that it's mostly fluff.
You can get pretty competitive with the Wolves but if your area plays 1850 or less you'll be constantly irked that a better list is just out of reach.

Imho, I would suggest getting some Wuflens, they are not only good in assault themselves, but they also buff the units near them. Either you are trying to charge in or already in combat.
