Hey all,
I am in the process of assembling my various forces for Age of Sigmar. So far I have 1000pts for Stormcast, Ironjawz, Slyvaneth and Khorne Bloodbound. As I think about the future I plan to get a center piece model for each army such as Alleriele for Sylvaneth but I am not sure what center piece model to use for my Khorne army.
My question is can I use a blood thirster as a center piece even though it is a daemon? Is there a better center piece model that I should use?
Also can I use a Stardrake in a Stormcast army or does it have to be part of the Extremist chamber?
I plan on using the named character on a maw crusher for my Ironjawz.
Thank you for your help!

The Stardrake is still part of Grand Alliance Order so you can use it in a Stormcast army, and the Blood Thirster is part of Grand Alliance Chaos so you can use it with a Khorne Bloodbound army

Pick what you like =) As long as it's within the same Grand Alliance, it's allowed in Matched Play.

For the Khorne army, consider shelling out for Archaon. Khorne Bloodbound have a ton of heroes to take advantage of Archaon's command ability.

Thanks everyone for the replies!
I thought you could include models as long as they had the proper keyword such as Stormcast or Khorne.
My other question is would you include a model at the 1500pt plus?
Also if I went with a blood thirster which one should I go with? How about Skarbrand?
Thanks again!

It depends on what Allegiance you want your army to be. As of right now there's really no benefit to having your army's Allegiance being a specific faction (e,g,, Khorne Bloodbound) versus your Grand Alliance (e.g., Chaos). The exception to this are Sylvaneth, Bonesplitterz and Beastclaw Raiders who have faction-specific Allegiance Abilities in their battletomes.

A few other factions have minor abilities in the GHB. Such as a Khorne Daemon Allegiance having Bloodcrushers as Battleline if the army general is a SkullMaster.
