Hey guys. So I'm making a plague zombie army. I'm curious if there are any stats for plague zombies in warhammer 40k. If anybody could help me out with this I'd be most appreciative.

Do you have the Chaos Codex? Because it tells you in there what the stats are for Plague Zombies (It cultists, with extra rules).

You are also required to take Typhus to field Plague Zombies.

Yeah, take a look in the CSM codex. Plague zombies are a special rule for Cultists that you can use when you have Typhus in your army.

There is also the Siege of Vraks 2nd Ed book and the Special Character; Necrosius. Who has his own version of the Plague Zombies in that book.

They aren't his own version of zombies, those are the zombies in the Renegades and Heretics list

Necrosius still uses CSM zombies because he is a CSM unit

Puppets War makes a nice set of plague zombies. Spendy, but nice.

Zombicide Walk of The Dead, and V.I.P. (Very INfected People) boxes are a great way to get zombies. On Amazon they work out to less than a $1 per zombie ($11-18.50 per box of 20-24). Available in Original, Rage, Toxic, and cosplay flavors

I thought that his rules specifically say to use the ones from the RaH list, as those ones have Contagious, but dont score.

No, he is a weird one. In the R&h handbook but can only be taken in CSM. Actually, if you want zombies, just use the ones from R&H. No special lord needed to get them. Though if you do want to unlock them for a CSM army, I would say Necroisus is better than Typhus for doing so, if it's just the zombies you are after.

In what book? The CSM codex or the Siege of Vraks book?
For the CSM codex, the Plague Zombies are not that easy to find. They are not an actual unit entry, but rather a special rule that can be found in Typhus' profile on page 61.
In the Siege of Vraks book, the plague zombies have a unit entry on page 252. It is just a normal army list, so should be easy to see. If you can't find it, you should try and look again. If you still can't find it you should probably buy glasses instead of miniatures
I don't think we can post full rules and stats for units here on Dakka (copyright and all that) so that is no option.

IA13 has plague zombies but in very limited numbers. Your best bet would be Typhus and cultists if using CSM codex or Siege of Vraks 2nd edition with Necrosius, as stated above.

Please note, for those of you who play Chaos Daemons as a faction the term "Daemon" is potentially offensive. Instead, please play codex "Chaos: Mortally Challenged". Thank you.
