Subject: How to assemble minis with the rules? Ice brow Hunter used as an example

My Icewind Assault finally came in. Yeah! Now I am going to assemble my Icebrow Hunter. I see in the Warscroll it has 2 missile weapons and a belle weapon. My question now is I am trying to assemble my mini and I can't find no where how this works. I don't want to assume so it is why I am asking. I guess what I am asking even though the war scroll shows he has the choices of what weapons he can use, if I don't model it, can I still use those weapons? Is it like a WYSIWYG or is it like 40K codices and these are options and you have to pay for with points if you want to use a specific war gear? I checked my General's Handbook and don't see or don't know where to look for the point costs for these options. I see on the sprue I have a cross bow or a club. Since I don't have any instructions on how it's assembled I want to make sure that if I equip him with the Hunters Crossbow he can still use the Hunters Culling Club, or if I equip him with the Hunter's CullingClub he can't use the crossbow or spear. Or maybe this is really simple and I over thought this and he can use all of the abilities and it doesn't have to be WYSIWYG. Ok, I just noticed my cross bow doesn't have a hand on it. So not sure where to put it so I am really baffled now. So how does it work. If I don't have to pick the Hunters Crossbow or Great Throwing Spear and he gets both, do I shoot both of them in the shooting phase, or it's one or the other, or it's I can only pick one of them in the beginning of the game and have a one missile attack and one close combat attack or I can only choose Hunter's Crossbow or Great Throwing Spear or the melee Hunter's Culling Club? I just want to make sure before I start glueing the mini together. *edit* Ok I went to the GW web site and see that the Icebrow Hunter has a spear and club. So does that mean I have to choose one of the two melee's weapon? **edit** Now I see there is a 3d view of the Icebrow Hunter. Now I see the crossbow goes on the back. So I am taking it I get to use all three choice of weapons. Is this correct that then during the shooting phase I can only use one of the two missile weapons or can I use both and then in the melee phase I just the Hunters Culling Club? ***edit*** What size base do I also put it on?

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.
Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

Yeah, unless specifically stated you can use all ranged weapons on the profile. In CC you use all weapons on your profile also. Just make sure you read the first paragraph on the Warscroll where it tells you what weapons you can equip.

The hunter can use both weapons in the shooting phase but if you run to get the boosted spear you cant use your crossbow because you ran.
The hunter is on a 50mm round I believe

Ok everyone please bear with me. I am confused again. With the example given of the Ice Brow Hunter he can use all his weapons. Now I am building a Huskar on Stonehorn.
In the description is says "A Huskard himself is armed with either a Chaintrap or a Harpoon Launcher. So I take it, it's either or. Not both.
Just making sure unlike the Icebrow Hunter, he get's everything but other units like the Huskar on Stonehorn is take this or that. Correct?
Also why would it say for the Icebrow hunter "some are also armed with a Hunters Crossbow". So how do I know which Icebrow Hunter has one or not if there is not point costs associated to it? Did I miss the point costs by chance since I am not familiar with all the books yet?
Why wouldn't I take one without a Hunters Crossbow?
Just when I think I am about to understand how the game or army works, I just confuse myself easily. :(

In AOS, thosed descriptions like 'some also equip with...' usually means ''how follish you are not to equip with...'
