Hi. there is an upcoming event at my gaming store and you are allowed one hq choice and one retinue/command quard/bodyguard squad at 500 points. So my question is I play tyranids so can I run a warrior prime with a squad of gaunts counting as a retinue/command quard/bodyguard and if not what can I run. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are looking for a rule answer, you would have to check with the TO.

The only real Bodyguard-type unit that Nids have are the Tyrant Guard, which probably would work better with a Walking Hive Tyrant (or Flyrant in Glide mode so he can immediately switch to Swooping as soon as the Guards are all dead).

If you are looking for a Tactical answer, it would depend on a few things that we would need clarification for (as well as a move to a different sub-forum).

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
