Nice clean job! The highlighting on the blue's very well done and the leatherwork looks pretty good too. I like the choice of colour for the power sword - it's different but doesn't draw attention away from the head, which is the focal point of the model.
Plus it reminds me of Judge Dredd with that huge shoulder eagle.

This looks great! I admire how clean the highlights, and overall paint job is, great work If i may, adding a lighter highlight to the parts that would "catch the light" would help improve this already great piece. Parts like, the top of the shoulder pad, top of the back pack, ect etc.
