I think I have been doing deny the witch wrong. After re-reading the rulebook I noticed it says that all successfully harnessed warp charges have to be nullified in order for the deny the witch to be successful. I thought that if they denied enough charges so that you would not have enough charges to manifest the power was nullified. ie. i successfully harness 3 charges and need 2 for my power and my opponent rolls 2 6's I no longer have enough charges to use my psychic power. My new interpretation of the rule is that my opponent has to successfully deny all 3 successfully harnessed charges(by rolling 3 6's) to nullify the power. Is my new interpretation correct or is the old one?

Your new interpretation is correct. You have to get a number of 6s equal to the number of to harnessed warp powers to deny it.

Psychic powers would be pretty bad if it worked the other way as it would be insanely easy to deny powers (you would only need to get one 6 a lot of the time)

Yeah I thought it was a little too easy for my opponent to deny my powers as often as he did.

I used to think it was the same way, too. Had to re-read a few things in the Psychic phase. Honestly, I wish it did work like that (only had to reduce the number of successes below the warp charge). It would help mitigate a lot of the psychic shenanigans we see these days.
