Thinking about entering a tournament later in the year, need to check out how viable this list is, will discuss specifics below. I appreciate any suggestions!

The tournanent requires a 1000 point main list with a 350 point side detatchment.

Daemons Daemonic Incursion Detatchment ------

Flayertroupe----

6 units of 10 Daemonettes - 540 points

The Masque of Slannesh - 75 points

Daemonic Flock---

5 chaos furies - 35 points

Daemon Lord---

Be'lakor - 350 points

Total:
1000 points

Chaos Space Marine Allied Detatchment-----

HQ---

Chaos Lord (Mark of Slannesh) - 80 Points

Troop---

4 Noise Marines and 1 Noise Marine Champion (1 Blastmaster and 3 sonic blasters) - 134 Points

4 Noise Marines and 1 Noise Marine Champion (1 Blastmaster and 3 sonic blasters) - 134 Points

Total:
350 Points

Tactics

Now I am considering taking a fully kitted out Keeper of Secrets with grimoire and soulstealer instead of the 350 points of Chaos Space Marines but I find daemonettes with their rending do fine if not better than the KoS and I lack early first turn damage while my daemons move up and corrupt objectives. Now on to individual unit tactics, Be'lakor works wonders as a buffer and a vehicle killer, the last 2 games I faced imperial knights and renegade knights and Be'lakor killed them both in 1 and 2 turns (imperial in 1, renegade in 2) of Combat. In both games the Keeper of Secrets underperformed and does not deal well with deathstars but cuts through individual vannila units like butter.

The masque of slannesh is a difficult one, as tactically she can be the most valuable unit at my disposal. But is hard to keep alive (be'lakor's invis helps!) The same game against the renegade knight the tzeench player had a 2++ rerollable daemon prince with both iron arm and endurance, statistically unkillable! But I lured him out and with a good old slanneshi bait and thinking he was invincible he charged right in. Despite my warning to him that my intention was not to kill his prince he fell for my trap and my lovely Masque danced the dance of caging for a solid 5 turns, his prince only able to move and charge 2 inches a turn! Allowing my masque to dodge in and out of LoS and keep up her shenanigans. I dont need to tell anyone how valuble she was that game, for all intents and purposes killing the unkillable. Other games I can be inept and let her die before she works her magic.

Furies being possibly the worst unit in game will hide and maybe corrupt objectives while daemonettes will rapidly advance, corrupting and rending all in their wake, effectively killing all GMC's and MC's with ease, an invaluble troop choice.

And the noise marines will hopefully serve well as early game pressure and a powerful boon to my army.

Please I would love to hear your thoughts! Should I try noise marines? Maybe keep the Keeper of secrets?

I'm not sure about the Noise Marines. They're cool and can do a lot of damage situationally, but in an Allied Detachment you can't take them as Troops (even with the Mos Lord). You can only make them Troops in a Primary Detachment (aka with your Warlord). To make the list legal you'd need to take 10 cultists.

You may get more effect out of an Allied CSM detachment with either Havocs or Rapier Batteries (heavy conversion beamer are awesome).

Edit: if you do that you can take be'lakor and make him the HQ of the allied detachment and save the price of a lord/sorcerer.

Where does it state that I can't take them as troops in an allied detatchment? Just for future referance.

Edit: ewww I see it now... ugh thats such a pain! Ima see what I can do in battlecribe give me a moment.

Ok, so I changed it to a CAD, split the group in two and got rid of mark of excess for some sonic blasters. Also my other detatchment NEEDS to be 350 points or less for tournament regulations. I chose noise marines for their fluffyness and their large range.
