Hey there, got my copy of grand alliance chaos today, and I had an arguement on other forum about summoning; at the book there's written "summoned troop is added to your army" so there isn't any points cost right? Other fellow keep telling me you'll have to pay for reinforcements..

The other fellow is right if you're playing matched play (rather than open or narrative). You can find all the rules for Matched Play in the General's Handbook.
