My overall thought is "Thats going to look cool"
But that techpreist auxillia is going to die if they go 'marine hunting' - the marines will outrange them and the bolter denies their armour save.
So in that scenario, do you use the adept as a barely-human sheild, (very un-fluffy ) or those 10 point servitors and rely on the FNP to keep them in the game?
Maybe designate some as bullet-sponges - no ranged weapon or upgrade of any kind, just planned fodder.

I was thinking of using them more as deepstrike deterrent and objective holding, relying on FNP to save them.
I like your suggestion of reducing the special weapons for inevitable casualties and along with other selective cutting may allow me to purchase some Tech-Thrall for more objective holding.

P.S. Edited the list, what do you think?

It's still looking cool, kinda like a selection box of mechanicum with a little bit of every faction; interesting that you grouped the thallax together.
Interesting choice for the thralls too - but you may find it more useful for that blob of thralls to have the rite of pure thought because it's pretty annoying when the dedicated objective-camping unit runs away after a blast template or unlucky rolls.
which happens an awful lot with GW dice - http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/That's_How_I_Roll_-_A_Scientific_Analysis_of_Dice

That was a very interesting read RE: Dice analysis, I'll have to get myself some casino-esque dice now

Yea my Mechanicum are pick and mix because they're not loyalist

I'm not sure what I prefer RE: Tech Thralls though, the Carapace or Rite - granted I've only done 3 playtesting games. Without Carapace they just get murdered by bolters and the lack of overwatch hurts too but I grant you the running away problem is also annoying :/
So not sure on that front tbf.

maybe some terrain could supplant that armour save? My friends know ahead of time that if i'm using the thralls the objectives i place are going in area terrain!

You could always embrace the darkness and plan for night-fighting for a cover save for the thralls.
I dunno though, not many points spare at this level for infravisors.

Focusing on a cover save for the thralls might be the right way to go, I'll have to playtest around and see what I like.

Yeah, not many points spare to throw in infravisors but I suppose that would hamper the opponent just as much (how many Legions get nightfighting? (I presume Night Lords xD)).
