Not bad. The Wraithguard need the serpent a lot more that the Dire Avengers. Mainly because the DAs have longer range and battlefocus, but also because no one cares about DAs. You opponent will want those WG dead as soon as possible, so giving them the serpent is a better idea.

What about dropping the Shuriken cannon on the DA serpent and changing the singing spears to witchblades. Then adding another WS for the Wraithguard?
