Can deathwatch killteams in the lore have mixed kinds of armors, like for example, 4 marines in regular power armors and 2 terminators in the same squad? Or squads are strictly restricted to one kind of armor for everyone? (Or perhaps only a captain would be allowed to wear one in a squad made of power armors?)
I'm not talking about practicality, just asking if they can do that or not.

Well, they can in the Deathwatch RPG which is where 99% of the Codex's fluff was copy/pasted from.

Heck, they even don scout armour sometimes and some Kill-Teams even bring along Dreadnoughts.

No. Deathwatch units are very restrictive, to prevent the marines from getting too much power and going renegade. They follow the Codex Astartes, and thus do not mix unit types.

If a KT needs to complete multiple kinds of objectives, they take an Ultramarine Sergeant, who applies his vastly better understanding of the Codex to show the other marines how to win.

Very droll.

If we can make our posts a bit more helpful moving forwards please.
