See title. Isn't a power field just a bubble ++ save? Whats the point of it having 2?

A power field is not the same as the kustom force field. It's more akin to imperial void shields which is a personal (ergo not shared to other units) field of protection against ranged weapons with a blind spot of 6" (meaning those within 6" are within the shield and therefore you can't use it). Ork power fields in particular are one use, since each shield counts as an ablative save of AV12 that once glanced or penetrated just collapses with no damage roll on the damage table or HP loss for the vehicle. So that's why you have multiple ones.

Oh so its a one-use void shield for units l firing from more than 6"? That makes so much more sense...

It's an old apocalypse datasheet for a stompa that carries koptas, has extra large rokkits and a spotter tower.
