Hey guys, I purchased the previous version of Kill Team and even received an email from GW saying I can update to the new edition "completely free" and that it will be available as of yesterday (9/3/16), it also said it will be in my Black Library downloads account (note: I don't use iTunes because I use mobi format).

When I log into my Black Library account and check my downloads - I only have the OLD Kill Team still, I've even downloaded again it just to confirm, and if I add the new Kill Team to my cart it still comes up full price.

Anyone else come across this yet and know how to get it?

It is the new one. It doesn't look it (says purchased at the previous purchase date... so for mine it said 2014) yet when you download it, it's the 2016 rules.

EDIT - Or at least, that's how it worked for me. Tbh, don't worry though --- it's the same rules except with new pictures a couple example kill teams and a fething ANNOYING set of special rules which are just BRB rules re-named TO feth WITH OUR HEADS. Really pissed at GW for this gak.

Weird, mine is definitely still the old one, I just re-downloaded and re-checked. I guess it doesn't matter that much anyway but still disappointing.

Ok how can I tell that mine is the new one? ...it still has the same Imperial Fist marine on the cover and all dates at the back say 2013...

Well just to close this out --- apparently only the Epub-3 version has been updated. I was downloading the kindle (mobi) version, which will no longer be supported by GW for codex/supplements.
