Very neat on the coats. Getting an even pattern on the hull of the ship though is difficult without an airbrush. Airbrush with stencil will get a better job done in 5 minutes than brushwork will get in 50 (unless your brushwork is golden daemon and even then it will take more like 50 hours at that skill level). Lots of people are afraid of airbrushes or can't afford it but it really is the best tool for the job when it comes to regular patterns on a large (curved) area and once you get used to it's not so bad.
If you absolutely can't get an airbrush then using a stencil with red spraypaint wouldn't be the end of the world.
Other than airbrush advice, I'd say overall the model needs more contrast. It's a lot of white and red at the moment which is fine but it needs some more veriety but I guess you are ging to do some metallics and stuff too.
