So, the original problem was documented in this thread http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/700316.page but after contacting them I was informed that the missing bits would arrive in 5-10 days or something to that effect. Problem is that's it's been more than two weeks and I've yet to have my replacement parts arrive. What should I do?

They gladly make sure you get them. There customer services are excellent.

And verify what they said before calling. If they said "once shipped it should arrive in 5-10 days"...that's hugely different. Similar to when you order something on eBay and pay for priority mail...yet they don't ship it for a week and a half?

Also check if your post office has properly delivered them. I once got a bad print of the Space Hulk rulebook (the entire top section was cut off. Not white, an entire section of the page was missing!) and GW dispatched replacements. Turns out the delivery notice was "lost" (I think the dude just forgot to write one) and it sat in the post office warehouse for a week before they sent it back. I've kept a close eye on all my deliveries since then.

Or 10 working days, we've had a bank holiday in the UK recently so it might include that.

Yeah ..that plus weekend is 3 days there not counted as working.
