For SW, IC Ulrik has preferred enemy. If Ulrik is embarked on a Rhino with other troops and in the shooting phase, 2 other models shoot out of the firing points, can they use his preferred enemy rule to reroll 1's?

If Ulrik shoots out of the firepoints he should benefit with preferred enemy correct?
