So I was wondering... can strogi vamps raise dead? or is all their "magic" used to manipulate the flesh eaters minds? Did they lose all other powers common in vamps?

They can still raise zombies etc thing is fluff wise they don't really do it since they have ghouls and it depends on the type of insanity the ghoul king has. I also recall if you summon them using points in matched play it does not break allegiance as well.
