I need a sturdy case and foam to transport the hole dark vengeance set, plus a dreagnout 2 rinnos, 10 marines a renegade knight and if possible still have some lefover space for future upgrades and changes to my list.
If possible something from the following brands has its the ones I know my local store supports and could order for me:

Battlefoam

I knew a guy who took some foam from some craft store, just sheets of it, and put a layer down in a box and made sure just to pad a cardboard box to protect his models, it's worked for like 20 years if you're on the cheap. Infinite chance fro expansion.

I know it is not from any of your suggested brands but I still want to throw these two in there... they are much more affordable and they have (in my opinion) the best products out there for transporting and safekeeping minis.

What exakt size you need, doesn't just depend on what you have but also what you intend to get.

The Citadel Crusader case would work, and as a bonus, it's quite flexible.

As an alternative, replace a couple of the trays of the zigzag foam in the Crusader case (which is ideal for the chaos knight, rhinos, hellbrute and other oddly shaped/large models) with standard pluck or precut trays. Many hobby shops will carry foam that can be cut to fit, that store standard, infantry-sized 25mm models. Sort of, a hybrid solution

The downside is that the Crusader case is pretty expensive (then again, a lot of them are not cheap).
