How's this for a tactical setup?

The idea would null/minimal deployment. Corsairs would deep strike/infiltrate and throw down Webway Portals all over the board turn 1.

CWE superfriends would jump out of the WWPs, shoot up anything in front of them and then battle-focus back through the WWPs into Ongoing Reserves (Corsairs can do this too if necessary), leaving nothing for the enemy to shoot back at.

Terrible in objectives-based games unless you can table your opponent/murder anything that can fight back so you can claim objectives uncontested, but would certainly be fun

Could also halve the Reaver Band and have a unit of 7 Balestrikes with 5 Dark Lances led by the Void Dreamer (with added WWP) or Prince for yet another webway portal.

C&C welcome. Any glaring omissions that I would have no possible way of combating?
