Okay so I've been scrolling through eBay and have seen someone selling a Necron Battleforce for basically £50.00 but I'm a little wary, would anyone go for this or avoid like the plague?

What's their eBay feedback/number of sales? That should be a pretty good indicator.

Seller A: 750/99.3% ---- go for it.

Seller B: 8/88.4% --- don't.

But, also, look at the pics. There ARE bargains to be had. Pay by credit card or paypal, then you have some come back if there's a problem.

There are also some models with some insane prices out there ....

Don't forget to check the shipping costs, too. That's another way some sellers use to make money. Lower the item price to get attention, but raise the shipping price to still make the same profit.
