After some test of a sky hammer list and running Iron priest trying to sling shot wulfen in to combat. I have gone back to one of my old list that worked well and retooled it with the upcoming New FAQ in mind and ITC tournament play.
This list has a 1/16th of not getting some sort of movement bonus each round. If I go first I get a 50% chance of double movement for to thunder wolf units.
I have been running list with two wulfen units drop podding in and one large thunder wolf unit with only a 33% chance of getting in to combat. I been have good luck but have not been able to take top spot. I normal get the top 4 with this set up.
My bane have been Deathstars and summoning armies. Biggest issue is not getting the double movement. with two unit. I normal have two unit that I need to deal with and only have the one fast unit.
So please let me know how this new set up looks like.

Four squads of Wulfen, I'd love to be able to afford so many without stretching them with kitbashed terminators.
I guess you never really get to use the Curse in melee either.
If I'm up against cheese like deathstars I use outright speed to get around it.
An almost better chance of opening turn and an almost guaranteed first turn assault.
Using Bjorn and the Heralds of the Great Wolf Space Wolves have a crazy ability to take first turn that most people overlook and the Deathpack can make first turn charges without the Murderpack's help. I'm nothing special as a player but I have two deathstars, a Broadside and 60% of an Eldar army in my 1st turn assault trophy log. Getting at Deathstars and Eldar before their Psychic phase and Tau before they can shoot is massacre country.
My max cheese list is -
Company of the Great Wolf
HQ-
Bjorn
Elites-
2x Iron Priests on Thunderwolves
1x TWC
Formation Detachments
Heralds on bikes and Thunderwolf
1x Deathpack
1x Murderpack
I rarely get to play outside of Community Comp rules so I'm still chopping and changing the loadouts to find the one with the best coverage but the core has the ability to badly hurt a lot of armies before they even get first turn.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go. |

hmmmm... i like, Dakka. looks quite clean and mean. striking prior to thier psyker phase is truly catching them with thier pants down!
as for the OP list:
I would totally drop a Wulfen unit, and get two Iron Priests (mounted, with 4 Cybers each) to join each squad of TWC. This will give them amazing ability to absorb a lot of shots, and offer you 2+ saves for normal shots, and LD10 for staying power. Not to mention another TH for each unit. 7 more wounds per unit, ALL characters, for control in instances of Challenges (and 4+ Look Out Sir rolls to other models, in case of the Cyberwolves getting shot with ap4, and 2+ Look Out Sir rolls from the Iron Priest when shot with S10 shots that'd rather be absorbed on the Cyberwolves.)
Also, the Rune Priest getting a Bike would make it so he can move 12", shoot living lighting, then turboboost 12" back into cover and away from Line of Sight. Giving him the Helm of Durfast gives him Reroll hits, and also Ignore Cover (no jinking!)
yes, my points dont add up perfectly - either shave off a cyberwolf off each or go with a GFA on one of the wulfen in each squad (to die first in CC, so getting 10 attacks haha).
my thoughts =)

Thank for your thoughts.
I was thinking about something similar but the drop in getting the double movement down to 33% made the list stall sometimes. I picked a unit of thunder wolves over the iron priest as I wanted to have two hard hitting units compared to one.

Oh, perhaps I wasn't understood well - I meant pull one of the four Wulfen squads, for pts of Two Iron Priests so that each unit (the 2 TWC, which is great) has an Iron Priest and some Cyberwolves,
