That was damn funny. "weak", "email?" "white power tie'.
Well worth the ~5 minutes.

I always wonder (and this goes back to the Colbert Report), if people go onto these shows expecting there to be any seriousness to it, or if they know its going to be jokes somewhat at their expense and just pretend like they thought it was going to be serious.

Is that just me?
There's one with Natalie Portman that is three minutes of painful cringe. However, she's a very good actress, so it could still be staged.

I think it's staged in the sense that the guests know it's going to be ridiculous but I don't think that's they get a script or anything.
I know with Colbert, he would give the guest a rundown out of character in the green room before the show started and he would tell them "not to let him get away with anything." Of course, some people were better at it than others.

And some, I assume, are good people."

Unfortunately, most of Galifianakis' jokes are unknown to the world of comedy also.
Jokes are intended to be funny.
He isn't. He ranks in the pantheon of unfunny alongside Steve Carell, Will Ferrell and BenOwen WilStillerson.
How can 1 post be so wrong in so many ways?
I know right? None of those guys are in the pantheon of unfunny.Get your comedy pantheons right sir! Being socially awkward on the set of a comedy film is funny
These men are in the Pantheon of so Unfunny it is Funny!
Welllll.... Will Ferrell is funny inconsistently, Ben Still has not been genuinely funny in a long time, and I honestly am not sure, looking over his IMDB page, that I ever found Owen Wilson to be funny.

I think it's an American thing, I find those guys have had funny moments at times, but not consistently funny like many others. They seem to lack wit to me.
I haven't seen a whole lot of Zack Gal. but I didn't find this interview funny, didn't think it was terribly well executed, scripted or edited. :shrugs:
