Hi ladies and gents,

please enjoy these pics (and a ton of upcoming ones) of my painted and WIP fantasy figures and scenery,
used mainly for Frostgrave, or dungeon crawls (I'm also planning to use them in
Gloomhaven, which is an awesome kickstarter project that will be delivered early 2017.)

I've never painted fantasy figures and terrain before, hope you guys will like 'em.

A mercenary standing on my first ever home made dungeon tile

Same tile, with unpainteds

and a Scibor dwarf and a Descent giant spider I have just finished

Some great painting so far, and as someone who wants to start using his AoS figures for D&D, I'll be following this with interest! :-)

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

The figures are excellent- but that gaming board! Terrific work. I'm very taken with the texturing and shading you've done. I look forward to seeing more!

thanks a bunch - but now I stand here like an idiot, because I threw that tile away. The squares on it were too big...

here is a new batch of tiles, with our intrepid hero standing on them, unaware of the unpainted danger behind him. I think the tiles need a bit more color, but otherwise they are done.

What did you used to paint?

Also how do I crop a quote from someone without using the whole message?

I've been playing a while, my first model was a lead marine and my first White Dwarf was bound with staples

40k, but now that true scale marines will take over (eventually they will), I'm kinda frustrated with it...
Also, 40k was where I *started* to learn to paint, so I'm not particularly proud of those miniatures

As for the cropping, you are doing fine

I like the corrosion around his helmet!

i also like how the poor adventuring chap just looks put out. "Nah man. I'm not in the mood for you. Not today."
