So im going to be making a big buy of a warlord titan, if possible, but a reaver at the least, and i want to know, what titan legion was serving with the 4th expedition, The Lions forces, during the HH?

Im sure there had to be one, i want to keep it some how associated with the dark angels.

To many unpainted models to count.

Legio Ignatum. The Fire Wasps.

The black rage is within us all. Lies offer no shield against the inevitable. You speak of donning the black of duty for the red of brotherhood; but it is the black of rage you shall wear when the darkness comes for you.

Not sure. The only Titan Legion which I've seen definitely serving with the First Legion was Legio Audax - because Syrgalah was given her title inscription by the Lion in person - but obviously by the time the Heresy rolled around, they'd moved to support the world eaters.
