The fluff talks a lot about their bionics and their chapter tactics grants them Feel No Pain but no word on how they fought? Like the White Scars rely on lighting strikes and lots of bikers while say the Imperial Fists use overwhelming firepower. Apart from having little to no terminators for the Iron Hands (They lost them all) is there any other distinctive trait about they should be fielded on the tabletop?

Also importantly in 40k Millennium is there a core "Iron Hands" chapter around? Or were they all made into successor chapters? There is still the original (now much smaller) Iron Hands chapter right?

Yes, the Iron Hands still exist. They have several 2nd founding successors too.

As for their combat style I've seen little beyond them being "pretty straightforward" and at times "incredibly harsh". They'll do a full frontal assault with their full armor complement where other Chapters might try aerial insertions or some deception. And as for harsh, well, they liberated a world and then executed a third of the population as a punishment for being so weak they were conquered in the first place...

This is old lore and hasn't been true since at least 2012 with the release of Wrath of Iron.

Iron hands punch right through you. Slow and relentless they walk over everyone in their way using an overwhelming amount of firepower to grind their enemies into dust.

Iron Hands were never said to have lost all their Terminator suits, they were described as limited but that goes for all chapters. They rarely fielded squad of them because they preferred to allocate them to the chapter's 100 sergeants instead of its 100 veterans.
