Subject: Finishing the MurderHorde, what to do?

Hey guys/ gals, need some options or ideas here. Have about 400 points to spend on the last of my Demonic Incursion list that's built around the murderhorde.
So far running
Herald
Karnak
15 hounds
7x5 hounds
Buffed up D thirser.
I was thinking of adding in Belakor to help with walkers and heavy armor. He also can give protection to the hound star or the thrister.
I'm just not sure if he'd be the best option to do so with.
Any ideas or is the belakor route a good one to take?

Be'lakor can be great shrouding or invising our Khorne units so that they get into combat, but if you are going to take him; don't rely on him. His base 3WC won't always be enough to get your powers off, and it will be almost a complete waste if you go up against a psyker army.
Then again, even without his psychic abilities he is a daemon prince with fleshbane and armourbane so I see no reason why he shouldn't be included.

Belakor is the best option, you want invisibility on that BT. Also add some rewards with the leftover points.

You could fit in 3 Khorne Soulgrinders (no upgrades) in 405 points.
Belakor is also a good option
Your list as it stands will have a tough time with walkers, MCs or any Sv2/3. One D-thirster goes down very quickly to any army with shooting, and after that you have nothing that can deal with AV11 or T8.

I'd rather have a renegade knight with 2x battle cannons Automatically Appended Next Post: Which brings up a good option, a renegade knight with 2x rapid fire battle cannons could take some of the pressure off the thirster, instead of running belakor

While definitely a good choice, I don't think a Renegade Knight will take much pressure off a D-thirster. Most armies will be better at killing one over the other and will focus on that one first
Take Eldar for example. Scatterbikes and Spiders will not be able to affect the Knight at all, so they will just focus on the D-thirster, while a WK will want to focus on the Kngiht (either the ranged or CC variant)
But having Belakor presents 2 similar threats (both FMCs) and the D-thirster can comfortably be on the ground for assaults.

I agree with that, i don't think a knight would work well in this list, being the only target with armor value. And other than distracting the anti tank weapons from the thirster he doesn't add to his survivability. Where belakor can at least keep shroud on the thirster pretty easily.
