So, I'm just wondering how big of a deal this is for friendly games. I have a bunch of really cool looking guns and whatnot for my Sternguard, I'd just like to be able to use them without pissing everyone off. I'm not likely going to participate in any tournaments, and wouldn't include them if I did. What do you folks think?
Depends. Check with your local crowd. For the most part, friendly games are just that.
Depends a lot on what’s counting as what. If they are just fancy looking guns counting as bolters that’s one thing. But if some are one kind of combi, and others are another you might run into issues.
