Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

I hail you from the realm of 40k to enquire about this 'Bad Moon' I came across in the below picture. Is there any background to it, or is it just for decoration?

I originally thought it might have something to do with the 40k Ork klan Bad Moon, but now I am not so sure.

I think it's just decoration, at least for now. A lot of the named things thus far have little or nothing beyond just a name, so hopefully they will flesh it out later.

Huh, good catch.

As Mangod so eloquently put it, that's a greenskin icon. Though chaos may have had first dibs on it with O&G's claiming it as theirs afterwards, of course.

The moon-faced jester in Silver Tower might have been a reference to it. Odd then that it's floating over Slaanesh territory and not Tzeentch's.

Hopefully a future goblin battletome of the Moonclan grots will say how they feel about this. Money's on mad.
