Hey guys, I just got back into the hobby after a couple years hiatus, and I picked up a new tactical squad to put together. Unfortunately, the pack only had 9 bases instead of 10, so I decided to rip a base off of a dev I had laying around, and it's much smaller than the other 9. I was just wondering when/why they switched these, and, more importantly, would you mind if one tactical marine (just a normal Bolter guy) had the wrong base?

The 25mm bases are AFAIK perfectly legal; otherwise a lot of people would have to re-base existing Space Marines.

I think they made the switch to 32s for MEQs when the last BA codex came out. It’s been a while.

I don’t suspect people would have a problem with mixing sizes. Lots of old collections out there people didn’t update.
